Basking in the Greek sun and surrounded by the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean Sea we set sail to explore 3 marvelous Islands.

Beginning with Paros which is an island steeped in history you will have the opportunity to trace the journey of Parian marble through the island’s tumultuous history and discover Paros’s artistic and cultural heritage, from antiquity to Byzantium to today.

From ancient temples on the sun-soaked shores of Despotiko to the awe inspiring natural wonders of Antiparos you will have the chance to explore this mall Island’s history and local tastes in two different tours .

Tinos is traditionally known for its acclaimed sculptors, architecture ,art and of gastronomy. Among the marbles and the traditions of Cyclades you will find your self in a scenic Island will take your breath away.

 

 

 

 

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival In Athens

Welcome to Greece, welcome to Athens! On your arrival in the Greek capital, you have the option to go on a guided tour of the Acropolis and visit the Sacred Rock’s iconic monuments, including the world-renowned Parthenon. Alternatively, you are free to explore Athens in any way you see fitting and we will be more than happy to assist you with our recommendations.

Day 2: Visit Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum

Visit to the archaeological area of the Acropolis, in search of the little secrets of the rock: visual corrections, colors, damaged architectural elements and the stories behind these. Experience the Acropolis rock, the grandeur of the Parthenon and its surrounding monuments, along with a breath-taking view of the Athenian cityscape. During the walk we will become acquainted with the natural landscape and the groundbreaking ideas that turned this rocky hill into the definitive symbol of Western civilization.

Visit the Acropolis Museum accompanied by a field expert – licensed archaeologist, to discover a different experience of the Acropolis monuments, through the architectural elements of the temples, the votive offerings to the gods and the sculpture that paved the way for what E. H. Gombrich termed “The Greek Revolution” in the History of Art. The Calf Bearer, the Peplophoros Kore, the Kritian Boy and the enchanting Caryatids, are just a few of Some of the spectacular exhibits that await us to be experienced within breathing distance, before we ascend to the top floor, where we will walk side-by-side with the magnificent Parthenon Marbles.

 

Day 3: Arrival in Paros

Time to explore the magnificent Islands of Paros and Antiparos. Placed the one next to each other with amazing beaches , traditional villages and  historical monuments .

Day 4: Cook like a local -Half Day tour Antiparos

Food is an integral part of Cycladic & Greek culture. Enrich your stay in Antiparos by taking a live cooking lesson on how locals prepare traditional recipes with the use of local ingredients. Depending on the season and the ingredients, two recipes will be demonstrated. A cold beverage will be offered to the participants (homemade iced tea/homemade iced lemonade with ginger).

Day 5: A day in Despotiko

Let’s go hiking at Despotiko while enjoying a stunning view of the Aegean Sea! The path goes through the newly discovered temple of Apollo and ends at a hidden gem of the Cyclades, a stunning sandy beach that is otherwise only accessible by boat. This mixture of history and natural beauty will create unforgettable memories to take back home! This activity includes 1hr easy hiking, it does not require high fitness level, just adequate cardiovascular endurance

Day 6: Arrival in Tinos

Situated in the Cyclades archipelago of the Aegean Sea, the colorful island of Tinos offers several opportunities for memorable experiences. During your stay in Tinos you will have the chance to discover important aspects of the island’s multifaceted cultural heritage.

Day 7: Timeless Tinos -Full day tour in Tinos

The colorful island of Tinos offers some great opportunities to delve into the world of modern art & beer brewing! Enjoy an exclusive visit at a local sculptor’s workshop and art gallery! Visit the Tsoklis Museum of contemporary art! Visit the famous Nissos microbrewery and witness the brewing process at first hand. Indulge into a rich beer tasting session to enjoy one of the best Greek beers!

Day 8 departure from Tinos

A free day to relax and enjoy the beautiful Island of Tinos, taste the local cuisine and stroll around the small streets in the port prior your departure.
