All of our Tours are manageable for those with a moderate level of fitness, however please keep in mind that the Greek terrain is often hilly, in the countryside and in urban areas alike. In case you have mobility issues or special requirements, please let us know in advance so that we do our best to find a suitable solution.

Our Tours have no hidden costs and what you see is what you get. Everything listed on the Tour itinerary is built-in the Tour price, including transfers where necessary & entrance fees to sites.

However, please note that the Tour price does not include personal expenses (i.e. gifts, food & beverages), your spending money, visas, personal travel insurance, medical fees, cost of optional activities and excursions, flights, departure taxes, and any meals or beverages not specified on the Tour itinerary.

No, but you can request for a private transfer at the time of booking. The cost for each transfer ranges from 40.00€ to 140.00€ and 30.00€ to 45.00€ respectively, depending on the number of travelers (2-14 people). If you wish to book your transfer through Discover Greek Culture, a trusted chauffer will offer you a safe and comfortable transfer with a luxury vehicle.

We can’t tell you who your Field Expert is before the Tour, however we can certainly tell you that he/she will be outstanding!

Our Team is comprised of experts with an advanced academic background in Hellenic studies, archaeology, architecture and the arts, and they will be delighted to share their knowledge and immerse you in unique experiences.

No vaccinations are required to enter Greece, however we recommend being up to date on routine vaccinations when traveling abroad. If you happen to suffer from any form of illness, please make sure to have adequate medication supply before leaving your home country. You must advise us of any important medical condition you may have at the time of booking.

Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Greece, so please take some time to check if you require one here. Due to the fact that this can be a time-consuming process, please allow up to four weeks to obtain a visa prior to your trip in Greece to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

We recommend that you start your trip with ample cash in Euros. In Greece most payments are made in cash, even though credit cards are accepted in most stores (malls, shopping stores, super-markets). You will also be able to use debit and credit cards to withdraw money if need be.

Of course you can, but bear in mind that you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the Tour unused. To better serve you, let us know as soon as possible so that we can notify our Field Experts to best accommodate your requirements.

Please make sure that you are satisfied with your Tour itinerary before booking because we cannot make any individual changes. Nevertheless, if you would like a custom itinerary, you can contact our Tour Consultants and they will tailor an itinerary just for you (additional fees may apply).

If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, please let our Tour Consultants know, so that we can give you instructions in advance as to where to meet your Group.

If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances or flight delays, please call us at +30 211 21 53 585. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for any portion of the Tour unused.
